Job Opening: Quality Technician – 3rd Shift

Location: South Charlotte, NC 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr

Position Summary:  Quality Technician – 3rd Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Plastics or Mechanical work and be skilled in reading blueprints, measuring, and cutting parts to specification. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet or exceed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:  Quality Technician – 3rd Shift

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Measure and cut parts with precision
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate findings clearly
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed

Qualifications:  Quality Technician – 3rd Shift

• Experience in Plastics or Mechanical environments preferred
• Strong math skills and ability to pass evaluations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Physically able to meet job demands
