Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Data Entry Specialist to the growing team with one of our valuable clients! This role is essential for populating internal and client portals with information.  This is a contract position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities in Data Entry:

  • Populating new products into company and client database
  • Inputting UPC codes
  • Confirming prices
  • Staying up-to-date on price lists/price changes
  • Filing, sorting, organizing
  • Your ability to manages new items and item maintenance will make you invaluable here!



Knowledge & Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Excel knowledge
  • Experience with QuickBooks an asset
  • Ability work in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills
  • Ability to update and maintain data gathering and collection



  • This position will begin with approximately 30 hours per week and will grow to full time
  • 00 per hour
  • Flexibility in hours is available
