A local warehouse is looking for a Customer Service Representative with warehouse and forklift experience to join their growing team! This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to support both customer service and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and upload daily documents into the electronic storage system

• File paperwork using numeric filing methods

• Create and confirm orders in two separate inventory control systems

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer support

• Prepare documents for product release

• Communicate with customers about missing product and order updates

• Schedule dock appointments by phone and online systems

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift when needed

• Show reliability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience (required)

• Valid forklift experience (required)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
