Our client, a successful company in Lake in the Hills, IL, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join their team. In this role you will be posting open positions, recruiting through multiple platforms, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling final interviews.

 

Recruiter Schedule:

Hours are Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule (30-40 hours per week)

 

Recruiter Requirements:

- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Independent worker
- Strong Work Ethic
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is preferred

- Experience in HR, Recruiting, and/ or Workforce Management
