Currently, we are looking for TWO Customer Care Representatives for a locally owned and operated construction/contracting company in the Chelsea AL area.  Long term contract position, with permanent hire for the right fit. 

Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm.

You will serve as a liaison between creditors and customers to manage overdue accounts. 

Here's What the Bulk of Your Day Entail:

  • Communicate with customers by making phone calls to resolve and collect payments on past-due accounts. 
  • Attempt to collect debt by drafting collection letters. 
  • Apply problem solving and negotiation skills. 
  • Utilize training and scripts to aid in collection effectiveness. 
  • Prevent credit losses, collect and adjust accounts, and ensure payments are received per prior verbal and written agreements.
  • Meet goals of a production-driven environment

You're a GREAT Candidate if You Have the Following:

  • Need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work independently, but still have strong collaboration / teamwork skills
  • Solid keyboard/computer skills, and excellent telephone skills
  • QuickBooks experience a PLUS (not required)
  • Personable, with strong customer service mindset
  • Dependable, with reliable transportation

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 hour for lunch
