Customer Care Representative - 3 Openings NOW
Located in Westover, AL
Salary: Pay rate based on YOUR EXPER.
Currently, we are looking for TWO Customer Care Representatives for a locally owned and operated construction/contracting company in the Chelsea AL area. Long term contract position, with permanent hire for the right fit.
Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm.
You will serve as a liaison between creditors and customers to manage overdue accounts.
Here's What the Bulk of Your Day Entail:
- Communicate with customers by making phone calls to resolve and collect payments on past-due accounts.
- Attempt to collect debt by drafting collection letters.
- Apply problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Utilize training and scripts to aid in collection effectiveness.
- Prevent credit losses, collect and adjust accounts, and ensure payments are received per prior verbal and written agreements.
- Meet goals of a production-driven environment
You're a GREAT Candidate if You Have the Following:
- Need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can work independently, but still have strong collaboration / teamwork skills
- Solid keyboard/computer skills, and excellent telephone skills
- QuickBooks experience a PLUS (not required)
- Personable, with strong customer service mindset
- Dependable, with reliable transportation
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 hour for lunch
