Real Estate Assistant
Located in Norwell, MA
This role is a combination of team support (systems), marketing director, and listing management. Responsible for office management & plays an important role in the day-to-day operations and team projects.
You will be in the hub of coordination, alignment, management and oversight for the team of professionals and vendors. Here are some of the things you’ll do:
•You’ll ensure the highest level of customer service related to marketing, advertising, operations and business development for the real estate practice of the Team.
•You’ll handle ongoing project management oversight, coordinating the activities and management of the team members (Transaction Management, Project Coordinator, Client Service, Business Development) and coordinating the creation of team status reports and client marketing reports.
•You’ll support the Team in new business development activities, execution of plans to support property listings including property preparation, marketing, advertising, assistance with buyer property searches, showings and offer creation.
Our Ideal Candidate
•Has 3+ years of EA, Admin, Operations or Executive Assistant experience in a high traffic, high volume field or organization. (Please note: titles are not so important – what we’re looking for is your ability to coordinate a lot of moving parts, timelines, and people)
•Demonstrates proficiency and fearlessness in tech and use of tech tools – we’ll ask about MS Office (especially Excel), Google Suite, CRM and cloud-based storage for starters
•Is organized and able to handle multiple projects and have a system, love checklists so that you’re counted on to keep things from dropping through the cracks
•Is cool, calm and professional amidst all the activity swirling around you
•Communicates clearly and effectively

Schedule is Monday-Friday. Pay is DOE. Working remotely but must be local to Norwell for in-office work as needed.
