Commercial Property Manager

Located in Olympia, WA

Salary: $50,000/yr + Bonus

Express is now hiring for a Commercial Property Manager at a property management company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be full time and to be determined. The compensation for this position will be $50,000/yr + Bonuses. This company offers a great incentive package as well as excellent benefits.

 

Job Duties:

• Managing day to day operations of the assigned portfolio, administer tenant leases and maintain good tenant relations.
• Communicate and resolve tenant issues including enforcing lease terms.
• Prepare annual budgets and review monthly financial reports.
• Obtain and supervise third party vendors and manage bid process. 

Job Requirements:

• Must have current Washington State Broker''s License
• Minimum 3 years property management experience and AppFolio or other property management software experience. 
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen (edit to specific job- only list what’s required)
• Any other requirements here such as: clean driving record, travel required, special licensing, etc
