Salary: $18.00- $20.00

 Express has a great opportunity for an Office Manager at a resale company in Longview, WA! This is a full -time Evaluation to Hire position with lots of potential.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff, customers and owner.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Perform data entry in Word, Excel, Outlook & Quick books.
• Timely and accurately record all transactions and reconciliations.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable, cash handling
• May be responsible to helping with marketing on social media, newspaper, radio and print as well as mass mailings
• Responsible to setting up new vendors and communicating in a timely manner
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, customer quotes and marketing material
• Assist in resolving any administrative and customer issues that may arise.
• Responsible for keeping office calendars up to date.
• Run company errands as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned. This may include performing duties that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
• Will be responsible for light cleaning in the office area and break rooms.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of QuickBooks or other Account software a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with proven accuracy
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to multi-task and willing to take on extra responsibilities

Compensation:  $18-$20 an hour DOE

 

Work Schedule – 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
