With a “One Team” mentality, you will perform services as assigned. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Office Administrator and their teams and supervisors work with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the company. Our Office Administrators take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
Office Administrators are responsible for running all aspects of daily office duties. These duties include answering/scheduling appointments, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, preparing reports, filing, maintain customer files and much more.
Initially, receives close to moderate supervision depending on complexity of task. Following training and on-the-job experience, expected to perform all typical assignments independently following established policies, procedures, standards and Core Values.
Work Environment: Standard hours are 8:30a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; however, there may be times when overtime may be needed.
-Reports to work in appropriate uniform or office attire.
-Effectively perform clerical duties in a professional manner.
-Maintain employee records by tracking vacation, personal, and sick days.
-Run background checks for new hires.
-Balance and track monthly financial records.
-Track and report monthly referrals.
-Schedules service calls and appointments with customers as applicable.
-Must be motivated to collect past due accounts.
-Must have working familiarity with basic computer skills, Microsoft programs, quick books and written communication.
-Handles a variety of office tasks such as printing, faxing, emailing and filing.
-Creates weekly purchasing orders for products and goods.
-Communicates directly with insurance adjusters to request permissions, provide details related to the job, and inquire about outstanding invoices.
-Satisfies all requirements of job in a timely manner following policies and procedures, employee handbook, safety practices, and Core Values.
-Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow employees.
-Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and have auto insurance.
-Must pass a background check and drug test.
-Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

-Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment.
-Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines.
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
