Conducts a variety of electronic assemblies, mechanical tests and calibrations on pressure transducers and load cells to ensure unit functions according to specifications by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Conducts tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality, performance, and compliance to specification.
Calibrates test instruments according to specifications.
Trims and prepares strain gauges by applying solder and various adhesives as specified by prints and procedural documents.
Prepares gaging surfaces
Uses gaging fixtures and clamping forces as required.
Creates documentation for process improvement (ECR).
Produces parts / products efficiently with a minimum of waste and rework.
