Express is now hiring for a Production worker at a Mattress Company based out of Lacey, Wa. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential for long term. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-5:00PM with overtime. The compensation for this position will be $14/hr.

 

Job Duties:

• Assembles box spring units per established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools (e.g. staple guns, nail guns)

• Retrieves wooden frame from stack and places on second table, lifts grid from assembly table and inverts on frame to be assembled

• Inspects finished unit for unacceptable flaws or structural defects and repairs wooden frames as needed

• Must be able to meet hourly production goals and perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures and maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion

 

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in a physically demanding job and production experience desired.
• Attendance is VERY important.
• Must be able and willing to work overtime hours as needed.
