Title: Customer Service Representative
Type: Evaluation-to-Hire; Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8hr shift between operating hours (6a-6pm) including 1 Saturday per month.
Location: Green Bay, WI
Summary: A local Green Bay client is looking to grow their Customer Service team by adding multiple Customer Service Representatives including representatives who are bilingual in Spanish. Qualified and successful CSRs would have excellent phone etiquette, as well as verbal and written communication skills with a desire to learn and achieve individual and team goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired with the ability to learn new programs a must.
Specific Job Duties
- Handle incoming calls with care and diligence
- Follow-through in order completion and progress
- Communication between customer and vendors
- Achieve individual and team goals
- Other duties as required.
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills as well as written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Accurate spelling and grammar skills
- Excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and trained programs
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired
