A manufacturing facility in Union City, MI is currently hiring MIG Welders! In this role, the MIG Welder will be responsible for welding large metal components to meet production and quality standards. This position requires frequent standing, bending, stooping, leaning, and kneeling, as well as lifting 50+ pounds. Candidates must be comfortable operating an overhead lift and working with combustible materials and equipment.

All required safety equipment is provided, including welding gear with a ventilated welding mask, safety glasses, earplugs, and additional protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour  

 

Location: Union City, MI

 

Position Type: Evaluation to hire

Schedule:     

1^st shift: 6am – 3:30pm M-F - $22/hr

2^nd shift:  4pm – 1:30am M-F - $22/hr plus $1.50 shift premium!

Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to pass a 1" weld test.  Must have reliable transportation and no attendance issues.
