We are hiring a Retail Gear Guide for SITKA Gear's growing team.  Presently also seeking a sales lead, inventory lead, full time gear guides and part time gear guides!

All hiring will be handled through your local Express Employment Professionals.

Must be located in the Bozeman area. 

General Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and experience to everyone walking through the door
• Help customers find gear that supports their pursuit
• Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
• Assist in inventory procedures, allocation and replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting etc.
• Work with the Visual Merchandiser to uphold merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms etc.
• Complete all sales, returns and exchange transactions effectively and accurately
• Assist with DEPOT events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Positive attitude, goes above and beyond for customers
• 1+ years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Previous retail knowledge (POS, Inventory, customer service, and sales) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment
• Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
• Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Move and process shipments
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)

Shifts: MUST be available for days, nights, weekends and holidays. M-Sat (open 9:30am-6:30pm) (close 10:30am-7:30pm), Sunday (10:30am-6:30pm)    Looking for Full-time 30-40 hours and Part-time 15-30 hours.        

Pay: Part-time $17hr., Full-time $19/hr.
