Responsibilities

• Assembly of high-quality components with up to 200 small parts
• Clean parts and grease parts
• Complete sub assembly
• Track parts inventory and identify when more supplies are required
• Utilizing small hand tools
• Fine tools and small parts - over 200 parts per product.
• Repetitive assembly with small parts

Requirements:

• Must have keen attention to detail, be quality oriented
• Able to be accountable to the highest of quality standards
• Self-motivated while working independently
• Focus on cleanliness for the sake of quality in the facility
• High level of patience when quality specs are not reached
• Willing to be part of a company with entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to do repetitive tasks for extended periods seated or standing
• Comfortable working independently at repetitive tasks
• Requires attention to detail, manual dexterity and mechanical inclination
• Willingness to follow quality process and procedure
• Comfortable navigating a computer for basic functions
• Obsessed with quality and accuracy
• Reliable, dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and strong hand eye coordination
