REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree or higher preferred and 1-3 years’ administrative experience
• Exceptional customer service
• Flexible Schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, OT)
• Data entry accuracy and strong multitasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Self-motivated
• Touch typist 45 WPM +
• Quick learner
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate & prioritize administrative duties for various locations
• Receive & dispatch incoming phone calls
• Customer support
• Receive and process samples from various locations
• Schedule/coordinate & dispatch service providers
• Review requests, samples and data entries
• Assist other departments as needed
• Fulfill duties assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time / must have flexible schedule

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
