Industrial distribution company is looking for a reliable Office Assistant who can handle multiple tasks and work independently. Will be responsible for: answering phones, taking orders (by phone/email/fax), outbound sales calls, managing quotes, making labels and filing, data entry and general office duties. Should be very comfortable working with Peachtree or Quickbooks, MS Office (specifically Word, Excel & Outlook), and communicating over the phone in a professional manner. Organizational skills and the ability to initiate and prioritize tasks preferred.
Long term, part-time temporary position. Schedule is 3 days a week, 8-1, with some flexibility. Pay is $17/hr.
