New Opportunity! Manufacturing Company in Alpharetta is hiring for a Customer Service/Sales Support Rep! The candidate will be responsible for inbound sales calls and emails, processing orders in SAP, generating customer quotations and inputting customer purchase orders.

 

Seeking candidates that have experience working for a manufacturing company in a Customer Service / Sales Support role.

 

 

Compensation: Up to $18/hour + Benefits!

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

 

 

Essential job functions for the Customer Service/Sales Support Rep:

 

• Main point of contact for customer calls/emails
• Generate customer quotations and process all orders in SAP
• Process invoicing and payment schedules to customers
• Process customer service issues in CRM
• Resolve customer purchase order discrepancies

 

Seeking the following skills for the Customer Service/Sales Support Rep:

 

• 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Advanced in SAP, Microsoft Excel and basic math skills
• Motivated, organized and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
