Bilingual Contact Centre Representative – Work From HOME!           

Are you bilingual in English and French?  Do you like the idea of working from your home-based office on a permanent basis?  Express Employment Professionals in St. Catharines is recruiting a team of Bilingual Contact Centre Representatives for a permanent work-from-home opportunity.  This vacancy is perfect for a candidate who is client service minded and thrives in an independent work environment.

Job Overview:

• Receiving inbound calls (approx. 15-20/day)
• Working with the customers to ensure the highest quality of standards are met
• Assessing client needs and provide solutions
• Documenting all calls/customer interactions
• Responding professionally to difficult customer issues or inquiries

Are you Qualified? You have:

• The ability to speak and write fluently in both English and French (French Canadian)
• Minimum 1-2 years retail/customer service/call centre experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent *an asset
• Strong computer/typing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet and email communications required
• Ability to work independently in a team environment

Wage: $21.05/hour (40-hour work week)
