A innovative, mission-centered non-profit health care provider in Central Oregon is seeking a Executive Coordinator to support their leadership team!

What you Will Need:

  • At least 5 years administrative experience, prior experience providing executive level support preferred but not required
  • Prior project management/coordination experience preferred
  • People management experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred but not required
  • Proficient working on computers, typing, advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple complex tasks
  • Knowledge of standard office machines
  • Flexible and positive attitude

What you Will Get to Do:

  • Provide the highest level of administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors
  • Initiate requests for scheduled time, verify availability, send calendar invites to ensure efficient scheduling for a variety of complex meetings
  • Manage and update executive calendar
  • Arrange meeting location, agendas, draft, reports, prepare presentations, assemble and organize materials
  • Transcribe, coordinate, review and finalize meeting minutes and maintain records
  • Email Management of executive leadership
  • Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, CEO, and organization leadership, managing timely and clear communication to support operational effectiveness
  • Work with sensitive, confidential information
