Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $15.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

OR Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 5:30pm, with one day off during the week

Pay: $15.00/HR

Duties:

  • Cutting and scraping mold from product following safety and quality guidelines

  • Operating machine cutters to break down larger product into smaller pieces

  • Removing product from cardboard barrels and transferring it into 50‑lb bags for use in other rooms or shipment

  • Performing end‑of‑shift sanitation including cleaning rooms, tables, floors, walls, and equipment with approved chemicals

  • Emptying garbage, cleaning restrooms, and general warehouse cleanup as assigned

  • Standing in one location for the full shift while working in a refrigerated environment

  • Lifting 10–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

  • Assisting in other production rooms

Qualifications: 

  • Maintaining good hygiene and following all food‑safety standards

  • Ensuring consistent product quality during cutting, handling, and packaging

  • Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly during sanitation tasks

  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards

  • Communicating issues with product, equipment, or safety to supervisors

  • Supporting overall production flow by being flexible and assisting where needed
