Our client specializes in commercial and industrial general contracting and construction management projects. We are a dynamic and energetic company looking for a full-time AP/Administrative Clerk for our growing business. Our primary focus is to find a person who fits in well with our team, who exhibits integrity, strong ethics, professionalism and a positive attitude.


Responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration including but not limited to answering and directing calls, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, scanning documents, filing
  • Accounts Payable data entry
  • Other accounting duties as required


Qualifications and personal attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written required
  • Detail-oriented, organized and quick learner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience and/or education in Accounting/Business Administration preferred but not required
