Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Scheduler for a local Flathead Valley company!

Work Schedule: 9:00-5:30 

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Confirming, greeting, registering patients, and accurately processing patient information
• Answering phones, communicating with referring offices, scheduling post-op appointments, and consult appointments
• Scheduling of surgical appointments communicating procedures and costs
• Billing and insurance claims
• Understand the claims process and how to communicate with insurance companies to obtain maximum benefit for patients
• All employees share in the daily cleaning of the office

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience previously in a medical office setting preferred 
• Team player
• Attentive
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills; oral and written
• Quick learner
