Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Chief (Hatfield)

A local fire/water restoration company is hiring for an experienced lead/crew chief disaster restoration technician. They hold there reputation as a knowledgeable and skilled team, providing excellent customer service from start to finish very high. We are seeking an experienced disaster restoration technician to join our team as a crew chief.

Job Description: As a lead/crew chief your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to all aspects of job and crew management. This includes managing the length of time you will be on a job, daily monitoring site in order to maintain your daily work schedule, properly explaining the mitigation process to customers, communicating needed work at each water loss to insurance adjusters, project managers, and the technicians you are managing. You will also be responsible for properly documenting all work done based on specific insurance requirements, handling customers and their homes respectfully, training new/temporary employees, and handling any conflict resolution while on site at customers property's professionally.

Requirements: - Valid drivers license & vehicle - Disaster Restoration experience and experience in fire/smoke cleaning & mold remediation a plus - - Team oriented, positive & professional - Understanding of 24/7 emergency service responsibilities - Ability to lift 50lbs - Ability to work on call/back up rotation

Full time position with overtime availability, management responsibilities, opportunity to travel, management training and certifications.

Experience:

• Restoration or Construction or Warehouse: 1 year (Required)

License:

• Driver's License (Required)
