Location: in-office (M,W,F) and remote (T,T)

Grievance Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, researches, and directs grievances and appeals to the appropriate department
  • Maintains grievance logs in a timely manner, tracks dispositions, and maintains timelines of resolutions in compliance with mandates
  • Participates in internal committee and inter-department meetings to make recommendations for performance improvement
  • Prepares all reports and provides to the internal management for review
Grievance Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2 years of office or related work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Medicaid, Hawaii QUEST and or Medicare is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, manage a diversity of high priority projects, and demonstrates skills in problem-solving and customer service
