Customer Service Representative
Located in Seattle, WA
A Seattle company is looking for candidates interested in working in a call center! This fast-paced company is looking to add people to their customer service team to help with questions, scheduling, reservations, and dispatch of metro buses for customer pick-up and drop-off.
Schedule: Shifts range from Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 5 pm. Must have weekend availability.
Training schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Pay: $16.69/hour, opportunity for a pay increase after being hired on!
Ideal candidates may have prior customer service, call center, logistics, or reservations experience. Candidates must have a high level of empathy and understanding to handle calls as well as a high-level of communication skills. Physical requirements may include being able to sit up to 4 hours at a time with minimal lifting/moving responsibilities.
