Customer Service Agent – Guelph, ON

Ontario College Application Centre (OCAS) are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join their team.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

· Responding to a high volume of in-bound customer service calls, emails, online & mobile application support using proper call handling techniques

· Providing administrative support

· Communicate verbally and in writing in English, or in both English and French

 

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months Customer Service or Office support experience

· Must have the basic knowledge of MS Office programs

· Willing to complete a criminal background check (at no cost)

· Highschool or GED Education is required

 

Customer Service Agent Details:

· Weekly hours will vary between 20 and up to 35 hours weekly

· $14.00 + 4% vacation (paid weekly) for English CSR

· $16.00 + 4% vacation (paid weekly) for French CSR
