Position Summary:

As a Woodworker/Millwright, you will be a key part of the production team, taking reclaimed wood and transforming it into finished products such as siding, trim, molding, door frames, and custom cabinets. This role requires hands-on experience and a solid understanding of millwork machinery and woodworking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up woodworking machinery, including molders and band saws

• Process reclaimed wood into finished products (primarily siding and trim)

• Perform precise millwork operations throughout the day

• Read and interpret work orders and measurements

• Assist with the creation of custom cabinets, doors, and specialty woodwork

• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wood manufacturing, millwork, or cabinetry is REQUIRED

• Proficiency with molder setup and operation

• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and safe operation practices

• Attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
