Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL-A or CDL-B Drivers to support construction projects. This role combines commercial driving with hands-on labor, making it a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate ready-mix trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and other commercial vehicles
• Transport materials, equipment, and debris to and from job sites
• Assist crews with site preparation, cleanup, loading/unloading, and material handling
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Follow all DOT, safety, and job-site regulations
• Support construction tasks such as digging, moving materials, and using hand and power tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A or B license
• Experience operating commercial vehicles such as ready-mix or dump trucks
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, climbing, working outdoors)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused mindset
• Knowledge of job-site safety practices and DOT regulations
• Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
