Here's What Makes You an Ideal Front Desk Candidate:
- 1-2 year's experience working in an office setting; good work history
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both over the phone (telephone etiquette), and in-person. Strong email writing skills
- Enjoy being the "Ambassador of First Impressions"!
- "Unflappable" - able to remain calm and helpful, even if dealing with an upset customer or multiple incoming calls
- Professional in appearance and attitude - whether at a professional reception desk, or in a more casual setting
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.); basic typing/data entry skills.
- Data entry skills a plus
- Dependable & punctual
- Background check required; drug free workplace
