General Description: Provide support and data administration for clients. Support includes thorough email and phone communication, as well as training and instructional material development. Where needed, assist in the development and launch of new products.

This position has the opportunity to participate in a commission program by up selling clients on our diverse services, it is expected from this position to be able to sell and follow up with potential customers successfully.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Maintain the data quality on various systems

 Provide online support to clients (including producers and buyers) in a timely fashion

 Provide telephone support to clients (including producers and buyers)

 Create client support materials (manuals, user instructions, etc.)

 Develop executive reports

 Assist in the creation and updating of websites

 Assist in the launch of new projects

 Coordinate with other departments (IS) to implement troubleshooting/development solutions

 Promote and sell our services to potential clients

Education & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree required

 Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Web browsers; database knowledge a plus)

 Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish capabilities a plus)

 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or data administration role (produce industry experience preferred)
