Client Services/Help Desk Specialist

Salary: $17.50 - 20/hr. DOE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a client services/help desk specialist for a company that assists businesses with managing their cellular devices and plans, including setting up their new and/or upgraded technical devices. Job duties include entering orders and managing plans in carrier systems, setting up new phone and tablet devices, setting up security profiles and loading apps on new devices, applying waterproofing product and glass protector screens on devices, repacking completed devices and creating shipping labels, maintaining the internal database and ticketing systems, shipping and receiving products, keeping track of the inventory, and assisting with other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, have strong verbal and written communication skills, have excellent customer service skills, be reliable, a problem solver, a self-starter, and great at multitasking. Must have previous work experience working for a cellular provider (ideally AT&T or Verizon) in a business to business environment, and must have a high level of proficiency with Excel. Any experience with Apple and Samsung products is highly desired. Any experience as a help desk associate is also highly desired. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, and pay rate is $17.50 – 20/hr. DOE. Position is temp to hire.
