OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detailed and proficient Data Entry/ Office Assistant candidate for our Aerospace warehouse client in Gresham, OR! This position will require you to be accurate at transferring data from invoices, sales sheets and inventory list. This position would also involve you helping to assist in various departments as well. Things you could be asked to help with are checking drivers from the facility, communicating with vendors on questions or issues and other various tasks.
This is an Evaluation to Hire position with a company looking for committed team player. They are very keen on a positive attitude, good attendance and ability to be flexible.
- Inputting data alpha numerically into Excel spread sheets.
- Helping to send communication between facilities
- Answering phone lines, supporting with inquiries, etc.
PAY: $14 an hour
- Ability to type 50 WPM
- Must have reliable means of transportation, shift does start at 6:00 am
- Qualified candidates will ideally have 1-3 years in the administrative/office field.
