Salary: $14-16 DOE

The Administrative Customer Service Associate is the liaison between our company and our customers: answering phone calls, helping to resolve problems, and contacting our customers. All customer interactions must be conducted in a professional, cheerful and helpful manner.

Duties:

Answer the phone quickly and professionally.

Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.

Communicate clearly, precisely and in a friendly manner

Take complete messages and deliver them in a timely manner.  

Call customers to schedule maintenance appointments.

Work with service & oil departments handle customer inquiries, give oil prices, print oil tickets 

Alert team leaders and office manager quickly to take care of significant customer issues.

Be a champion of the customers to our company.

Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Effective phone skills

Ability to work independently and within a team to handle issues from customer inquiries

Ability to project a professional image

Manage customer records and files

Strong knowledge of Word & Excel

Ability to work with independent software and Google drive
