We are currently seeking motivated Administrative Assistants to hire in the Albany, NY area. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills.


Job Type: Full-time  


Pay: $14-$16 per hour

 Tasks for Administrative Assistants:

  • At least one year of Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient typing and/or data entry skills Filing documents
  • Experience with the following a plus: A/P, A/R, Excel, multi-line phones

Qualifications for Administrative Assistants:

  • 2-3 years of prior office experience
  • Must have knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED

Work Schedule for Administrative Assistants:


  • Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
