Our Guelph area client has opening for full-time Receptionist to support their business.  

 

The successful individual must have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a timely manner and have a strong sense of ownership to deliver premium quality customer service on all levels.

 

Full-Time – Opportunity

Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Day Shift

 

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, relaying the information, and directing the call.
  • Gathering mail
  • Greeting visitors and members of the public
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating Office Tasks
  • Administrative Tasks such as filing, photocopying, and other duties as assigned

Receptionist Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years office administration experience is a must
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment an asset
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when entering data

 

Receptionist Details:

  • $15.00-$18.00 + per hour + 4% vacation paid weekly
  • Monday - Friday
  • Start Immediately!
