Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour

Leading manufacturer and supplier of coatings and sealers in Auburn Hills is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their office team.  The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with customers and vendors while supporting the internal office team.  This is a long-term contract to hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Primary Duties:

  • Greets customers in person and by phone to processes new orders
  • Answers phones and effectively screens and directs incoming calls
  • Documents detailed verbal and phone messages
  • Assist with accounting, payroll, and purchasing special projects
  • Follow up on missing paperwork with customers and vendors
  • Extra duties and projects to support internal office team during busy periods
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with processing customer orders, and general office duties
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal errors in a fast paced office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (certifications or college preferred)

Pay: $14-15/hr.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Tuesday – Friday, Saturdays 7am – 11am. (subject to change)
