Express Employment in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a Customer Service Manager for one of our clients!

Essential Duties & Qualifications:

  • Skilled in the art of customer service.
  • Plan, organize, and work independently to develop customer service training programs.
  • Recruit and train customer service representatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Review and complete all relevant forms necessary to resolve problems in credit, payment/returns, etc.
  • Define and develop products, services, and problem-solving information.
  • Essential personal characteristics:
  • Initiative, ingenuity, persuasiveness, flexibility, and innovative
  • Articulate and clear on the phone and in person
  • Possess strong writing and clear presentation abilities
