Essential Duties & Qualifications:
- Skilled in the art of customer service.
- Plan, organize, and work independently to develop customer service training programs.
- Recruit and train customer service representatives.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Review and complete all relevant forms necessary to resolve problems in credit, payment/returns, etc.
- Define and develop products, services, and problem-solving information.
- Essential personal characteristics:
- Initiative, ingenuity, persuasiveness, flexibility, and innovative
- Articulate and clear on the phone and in person
- Possess strong writing and clear presentation abilities
