Customer Service - Order Desk
Located in Toronto, ON
Our client, a well-established and growing company is looking for an Order Desk to join their busy and growing team.

- Assist clients with their order information such as unit prices and shipping dates
- Prepare invoices and collect payments
- Account set up for new clients
- Take orders and provide quotes
- File copies of orders received and post on records
- Check and adjust inventory records
- Administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing, receive and respond to inquiries
- Customer service experience, ideally in a construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Keele and Sheppard
Salary: $45,000 per year
Work Schedule: 7AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
