Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Non‑CDL Driver to transport goods efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles (vans or box trucks) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Load, transport, and unload goods or materials to designated locations
• Plan and follow efficient routes and delivery schedules
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip; report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route records, and fuel usage documentation
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and clients
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Assist with basic warehouse or loading tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Previous delivery or driving experience
• Ability to operate GPS devices and mobile applications
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs (or as required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods
• Comfortable driving for long periods of time
