Territory Sales Manager Overview:
As a territory sales manager your primary responsibility is to drive growth in revenue and profit in your geographic territory by cultivating new relationships with prospective clients, maximizing opportunities within existing customers and reestablishing with former clients through phone calls and in-person contact.  We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships to provide solutions for clients.  A proven track record of growing a territory and exceeding sales targets.  Ability to work in cohesive team environment and communicate effectively both inside and outside the company. 

Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):
 High School Diploma GED or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
 Previous B2B phone sales experience; preferably related to the industrial safety industry.
 Demonstrated achievements in sales
 Ability to develop and nurture long standing relationships
 Must be Self-motivated and driven
 Have strong work ethic and a high level of initiative
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Willingness to travel occasional
 Team player
 Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature
 Strong organizational and time management skills
