Human Resources Coordinator

This vital role requires partnering with human resources personnel to facilitate daily functions for the department and the company as a whole.

 

General Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting HR manager assess qualified candidates from online and physical prospects
  • Interviewing potential candidates and performing background verification
  • Assisting in training and developing existing associates
  • Facilitating background checks and drug testing as required
  • Ensuring all state and federal guidelines are accurately and consistently met regarding hiring processes
  • Supporting associates with all areas of human resources, company sponsored benefits, and employee help line
  • Other duties as required to support HR staff

  • At least one year direct experience in human resource or closely related field
  • Understanding of strategic planning and recruitment efforts
  • Combination of degree and experience will be considered
