Schedule: 

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm -1:30am

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Pay: $18.50/hour

General Summary: Express Employment is searching for hard workers in River Falls for a local, family-owned company that paints products for a variety of different companies. 

Job Duties:

• Assist with loading material onto the line.
• Identify appropriate load bars and racks.
• Prepare materials for finishing.
• Assist with unloading parts off the line.
• Analyze parts for quality defects.
• Create and/or build custom wood packaging containers.
• Inspect, count, and identify parts for order accuracy.

Requirements:

• Steel toe boots or shoes.
• Lifting up to 50lbs. repetitively.
• Able to withstand heat (facility is not climate controlled).
