Job: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to efficiently and effectively process incoming telephone calls and website communication from customers in a professional, customer-focused manor.


  • Two or more years of customer service experience in a call center, customer-facing business, or retail environment. Professional customer service training is a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Must be computer proficient with the ability to work efficiently switching between several programs running simultaneously.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent minimum.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in prior customer service rolls.

Hours: 8:30am to 5pm

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 depending on experience and qualifications
