Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a full-time Receptionist position for a local vet clinic / animal hospital! The pay range is $12-15/hour, depending on experience. The schedule for the position is Monday-Friday with the availability to work a rotating Saturday shift. The hours of operation will be 7:45 am - 5:45 pm.  

Receptionist key Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and greeting walk-ins/patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Filling charts
• Collecting payments and updating vaccine history
• Verifying appointments and follow-ups
• Keeping the front area clean and plants watered

Receptionist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with the public (on the phone and in person)
• Warm and welcoming
• Team-player
• Not afraid of animals
• Strongly prefer someone with either vet or medical office experience.
