Sales Assistant Position - $13.50 per hour


We have a company looking for an ambitious individual who wants to be trained to grow in a sales role with the company. 


Successful associate will be comfortable speaking with prospective business clients, answering and sending professional emails, and doing research for prospective clients'' contact information.


This company provides advertising products and services nationally to the who’s who of corporations, large franchise groups as well as small private businesses.  They offer a one stop shop selection of outdoor advertising products including customized inflatable balloons, flags, banners, pennants, sidewalk signs, window graphics and cloud busters.  The customer provides its clients with a competitive advantage in increasing consumer traffic and maximizing “same store sales.”



  • Reporting directly to our Director of Sales
  • Flex schedule M-F (20-35 hrs/wk  Monday after 11am thru Friday 2pm)
  • Participate in weekly training and develop meetings
  • Attend sales and marketing team and management meetings
  • Generate new client opportunities via phone and email prospecting
  • Assist in marketing initiatives (design and content focus)
  • Follow up on qualified sales leads and distribute to Account Managers
  • Research and distribution of new client opportunities
  • Manage and distribute art work and client logo compliance
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM system




This company recognizes the value of ongoing support for our team and provides weekly training & development meetings.  The sales assistant will be included in all organizational sales/marketing based trainings.
