Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Office Manager for a local business.  This is a full-time permanent position.  Responsibilities include A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, reporting, compliance, preparing plans & specs, answering phone, customer and employee communication, and other administrative and bookkeeping functions. 

A successful candidate must be computer savvy and have strong customer service skills.  Also must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, dependable, confidential, can multi-task well, and can work well independently.  Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and Quickbooks is required. 

Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility. Pay is $15 - $20/hr dependent upon experience.  Compensation also includes an annual bonus and a full benefit package.
