Express Employment Professionals of Howell/Brighton is assisting a Brighton area company looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Admin candidate. This position is the main phone reception for an international company, including, front lobby supervision, mail room coordination and oversight of general office supply activity. Administrative support and general department administrative support as needed.

Pay Rate: $15 hour

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Main Reception

  • Organizing the reception desk: telephone calls, visitors, incoming and outgoing courier, ..
  • Organize mail distribution, postage machine, internal mailbox’s and purchase of office supplies
  • Setting up and cleaning up of meeting rooms
  • Ordering lunch for employees and visitors
  • Supporting management in various areas: introducing orders in Navision, preparing presentations, translations,
  • Making of travel arrangements (hotel, car, train, flight) for employees
  • Providing full support to employees for traveling: visa, ESTA; …
  • Making of group hotel and restaurant arrangements
  • Keeping track of all booking arrangements for reporting and compliance purposes

 

Departmental Support

  • Generate, distribute and process customer service quotations for the customer service team
  • Generate and distribute dealer contracts and service agreement contracts as requested
  • Manage calibration reports to our ISO standards and issue them directly to customers
  • Process customer product warranty letters
  • Generate and distribute customer training certificates as requested
  • Assist operation team with projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience administration support (2 - 3 years)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and office organization skills
  • Strong desire to assist coworkers and add value to the organization
  • Associates or Bachelor degree or similar preferred
  • Punctual
  • Strong multi-tasking capability and be receptive to system and process change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Multi-tasking
