Salary: $21/$22hr

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with sales representatives, Credit Manager, and customer to resolve credit issues
- Review and reconcile sales orders to determine if order is complete
- Update customer files in Sales Force with order confirmation
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries by researching files, tracking orders, and locating stock in
the warehouse
- Provide solutions to vendor inquiries concerning new and existing products
- Partner with Sales rep and CSR Manager to resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely
fashion
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned to Supervisor
- Monthly inventory reconciliation between systems
- Assist in annual warehouse inventory
- Perform other duties and handle special projects, as required
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Minimum of a College Diploma (business related focus), or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 + years experience in a customer service related
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- Packaging industry experience a plus
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, is considered an asset
