A local construction company is looking for a bright, skilled office manager with a sense of humor, to ensure smooth functioning of all office activities. Will report to President of co.
Requirements – This is What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of construction bookkeeping and Quickbooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, OneDrive & Microsoft Team
- Works well in a team
- Very strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Initiates when information is needed
- Attention to detail, while able to effectively multi-task
- Good customer service skills
- Has a sense of humor
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Insures that billing, accounts receivable and payable are maintained and administered on a timely basis-includes data entry
- Prepares payroll for processing
- Maintains employee, customer and vendor files
- Maintains schedule of licenses and expiration dates
- Provides administrative support for construction projects
- Maintains office supplies
- Handling of incoming calls in a customer friendly way
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintains a neat and tidy work environment
- Other administrative duties
