A local construction company is looking for a bright, skilled office manager with a sense of humor, to ensure smooth functioning of all office activities. Will report to President of co.

Requirements – This is What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of construction bookkeeping and Quickbooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, OneDrive & Microsoft Team
  • Works well in a team
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Initiates when information is needed
  • Attention to detail, while able to effectively multi-task
  • Good customer service skills
  • Has a sense of humor

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Insures that billing, accounts receivable and payable are maintained and administered on a timely basis-includes data entry
  • Prepares payroll for processing
  • Maintains employee, customer and vendor files
  • Maintains schedule of licenses and expiration dates
  • Provides administrative support for construction projects
  • Maintains office supplies
  • Handling of incoming calls in a customer friendly way
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintains a neat and tidy work environment
  • Other administrative duties
